Cranberry cheesecake fluff sounds delicious and I am going to make it. Just to be sure, the whipping cream is not whipped but just stirred in? Is that right?

How long is too long to keep it in the fridge before serving? We have a party we want to take it to that begins at 10am and we would like to assemble it the night before…is that too long or should we wait and do it in the morning?

      Hi Crystal,

It would be the best to put the salad into the fridge early in the morning, but it’s ok if you put it the night before.

Thank you for this recipe. It sounds great. I am going to my sister’s house for Thanksgiving. She lives out of state, but an hour and a half away. Because of that, she is picking me up on Tuesday afternoon. Last year, when I went there, she and I cooked all day Wednesday. Should I wait until Wednesday to make this or should I make it at my house and bring it, fully made? Again, thank you.

      Hi Teri,

First, in a large dish combine cream cheese with ½ a cup of sugar and beat until it gets creamy.
And then add heavy whipping cream and mix until well combined and firm.

      Best regards,
