Banana Peach Chia Seeds Smoothie

Banana Peach Chia Seeds Smoothie

Total Time: 5 minutes

Your daily needs for vitamins, minerals, proteins, dietary fiber, beta carotene, all in one glass for your healthy and energized body

Ingredients

  • 2 peaches
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 orange
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 5 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Put in blender diced peaches and banana.
  2. Squeeze juice from orange, set aside.
  3. Then add juice from squeezed orange, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey and ice cubes.
  4. Mix all ingredients in blender and pour into glass.

Notes

You can serve it immediately.
