How to make Cinnamon Sugar Swirl Bread?
Start with combining flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and then set aside. Next, combine cinnamon and sugar in a smaller dish and set aside, too. Beat butter and sugar, adding eggs, yogurt and vanilla, until it is combined. Add flour mixture, then and beat until combined, but be careful not to overbeat it. Pour half of the batter in the 9 x 5 inch loaf tin that has been lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with 1/2 of the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Then, pour the remaining batter and cinnamon- sugar mixture on top of it and swirl with a knife. Bake at 350 F for 55-60 minutes. When it’s baked, leave the bread to cool in the loaf tin for a few minutes and then transfer to a wire to cool completely rack.
To make vanilla glaze you start by whisking powdered sugar, vanilla extract and milk until it becomes smooth and then drizzle the vanilla glaze over the cooled bread.
