Cranberry Pistachio Fudge

First of all, this is a recipe for homemade fudge, quick and easy, made of only 6 ingredients and in 15 minutes. It´s chocolate creamy and at the same time pistachio makes it crunchy, while dried cranberries provide sour – sweet taste.

Holidays are coming, there is only little time left until Thanksgiving. Christmas and New Year will be here in no time. Therefore, it´s time to start thinking about what to prepare. Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner is the time for the whole family to be together, there is a positive, festive atmosphere all around and of course, there is a sweet treat.

Everybody loves tasty desserts that are quick and easy to prepare and Cranberry Pistachio Fudge is one of those. You will love its taste, as much as its looks, because it looks perfect on the holiday plate and completes the holiday atmosphere.

This Fudge is a perfect dessert for Thanksgiving Dinner, Christmas menu or New Year‘s Eve feast. Cranberry Pistachio Fudge is quick, simple and easy to prepare.

As I enjoy holidays so much, I´m looking forward to them and one way to start holiday euphoria is to think about what I´m going to prepare, because we all like rich holiday feasts with many delicious dishes on the table. However, to sum up with – 6 ingredients + 15 minutes of your time = Cranberry Pistachio Fudge.

What is necessary to prepare Cranberry Pistachio Fudge?

All you need is:

  • 1 14 ounces can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 14 ounces White chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Dried cranberries, chopped
  • 3/4 cup Pistachios, chopped

How to prepare Cranberry Pistachio Fudge?

Pour sweetened condensed milk in a large dish and warm it, at medium heat. After that add chocolate and butter before the milk starts to boil, then stir until chocolate is completely melted. Remove from heat and fold in vanilla and pistachios and cranberries, too.

Pour the mixture into an 8 x 8 inch pan, which is lined with parchment paper and make it smooth. Finally, put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Before serving, it should be taken out of the fridge and left at a room temperature for few minutes. The fudge should be cut into 36 pieces.

Ingredients

  • 1 14 ounces can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 14 ounces White chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Dried cranberries, chopped
  • 3/4 cup Pistachios, chopped

Instructions

  1. First, line an 8 X 8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Pour sweet condensed milk in a large dish and warm it, at medium heat, stirring it from time to time.
  3. After that add chocolate and butter before the milk starts to boil, then stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  4. Remove from heat and fold in vanilla and pistachios and cranberries, too.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pan and make it smooth. Finally, put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  6. Before serving, it should be taken out of the fridge and left at a room temperature for few minutes.
  7. The fudge should be cut into 36 pieces.

Notes

The fudge should be kept refrigerated for no longer than a week.

    I tried this. It did not set up hard enough. I followed the directions and warmed the milk but not boil.

      You need to use sweetened condensed milk and leave it in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours, Shirley.
